Nurse In-Charge – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Position Overview

Lead a dedicated squad of critical care nurses in our 40-bed medical-surgical ICU. Ensure adherence to JCI clinical protocols and patient safety benchmarks.

The chosen specialist will collaborate closely with surgical teams, diagnostic imaging faculties, and post-operative intensive care units to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and uphold world-class patient safety benchmarks.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

• Execute inpatient rounds, outpatient specialty clinics, and critical consultations.
• Strict adherence to hospital antibiotic stewardship, infection control, and JCI quality audits.
• Mentor clinical fellows, post-graduate residents, and specialized nursing cadre.
• Participate in emergency call schedules and code blue resuscitation pathways.
