Staff Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Position Overview

Provide comprehensive neonatal nursing to extreme pre-term infants and critically ill newborns in our 20-bed tertiary NICU with advanced developmental care protocols.

The chosen specialist will collaborate closely with surgical teams, diagnostic imaging faculties, and post-operative intensive care units to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and uphold world-class patient safety benchmarks.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

• Execute inpatient rounds, outpatient specialty clinics, and critical consultations.
• Strict adherence to hospital antibiotic stewardship, infection control, and JCI quality audits.
• Mentor clinical fellows, post-graduate residents, and specialized nursing cadre.
• Participate in emergency call schedules and code blue resuscitation pathways.
