Position Overview
Conduct maintenance hemodialysis, acute bedside CRRT in intensive care units, cannulate AV fistulas, and monitor dialysis water treatment systems.
The chosen specialist will collaborate closely with surgical teams, diagnostic imaging faculties, and post-operative intensive care units to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes and uphold world-class patient safety benchmarks.
Key Clinical Responsibilities
- Execute inpatient rounds, outpatient specialty clinics, and critical consultations.
- Strict adherence to hospital antibiotic stewardship, infection control, and JCI quality audits.
- Mentor clinical fellows, post-graduate residents, and specialized nursing cadre.
- Participate in emergency call schedules and code blue resuscitation pathways.
Qualifications & Council Eligibility
Degree / Fellowship:
B.Sc in Renal Dialysis Technology (RDT)
Council Registration:
Kerala Allied Health Council Registered
